Oz Characters And The Targeted Experience…

Art Imitating Life Again

Peace and encouragement to my subs and readers. Most of you are familiar with the 1939 classic film “The Wizard of Oz”. Thinking back on the story and characters, a few interesting parallels emerged I thought worth sharing.

Dorothy

When an event she had no control over blindsided her, all Dorothy wanted to do was get back home.  She wasn’t wishing and hoping for a storm; it just moved in and overtook her. If you are a TI, you didn’t ask for the neuro-invasive technological assault and the devastating disruption and havoc that comes with it. All you are focused on is getting back ‘home’—home being the normalcy and stability of life you knew before the weaponized interference. Thus, Dorothy represents the Targeted Individual.

The Wicked Witch

The TI struggle foremost and above all is a spiritual struggle. The rulers of the darkness of this present world are the spiritual entities the perpetrators source for the technological know-how to destroy people’s minds. The Bible refers to this practice in Revelation 18:13 as trafficking in slaves and the souls of men. One must hate God and those created in His image and likeness to revel in and exploit technologies that harm others. Therefore, the root of the TI struggle is a Satanic one and must be dealt with as such.

Before Dorothy’s transport into the fantasy world, the Wicked Witch of the West’s human counterpart (Miss Gulch) threatens to have Dorothy’s dog Toto put down and attempts to do as much. After Dorothy’s landing in OZ, we see the Wicked Witch picking up where Miss Gulch left off—again targeting Toto. (Further into the Stack, we will see why Toto is such a lynchpin.) How many times have we as TIs experienced The Program destroy our pets (who show us unconditional love) or set up the destruction of something valuable or irreplaceable to us? The Wicked Witch of the West was adversarial toward Dorothy from the beginning of the saga until her demise; utilizing the same kinds of attacks our community experiences: mockery, psychological warfare, sabotage, attempts of bodily harm, and marshalling combative forces (street theater.) The Wicked Witch of the West alludes to Satan.

The Scarecrow

The Scarecrow wanted to be helpful, but he came with a readymade set of problems. First, he was stuck. Once freed, it quickly became obvious he was uncoordinated. He himself acknowledged his severe intellectual handicap, but his potentially fatal weakness was his highly combustible composition. Thus, he was in no position to overcome the main adversary (the Wicked Witch of the West) or provide insight or guidance about the destination—reaching the Wizard.

The Scarecrow represents the everyday people who observe and interact with the TI community. They are the “Gee, I sure wish I could help you, but…” people. They are stuck in the false mental illness narrative or perceive the TI as someone with so many negative situations, it seems best to distance themselves from such a person. They are woefully uneducated about weaponized neuroscience, and although they will exclaim, “Oh yeah… I saw something like that once in a movie”, they will not allow themselves to accept the reality of the same thing happening right now to you, or that they themselves could become a victim. They will go so far with you, but as soon as the opposition makes a strong enough argument for mental illness, any agreement they expressed about the reality of neuro weapon attacks will go up in flames.

The Tin Man

A massive, mechanized entity, it was the Tin Man’s job to chop down trees. That’s literally all he did. Ever. That’s all he was designed to do. It wasn’t his goal to discern which trees should be felled, oversee the care for the next step of the lumber, or plant new saplings in his wake. His work was just to chop, chop, chop i.e., clear the forest. And the only reason he couldn’t chop, was because he had run out of a critical operating resource—oil. He himself admitted he was heartless. Emotion and empathy were not built into him.

Like the Tin Man, the mental health industry roams the human landscape, mercilessly taking down victim after victim with false and subjective diagnoses. Is the tree suffering from a soil/nutritive deficiency? Or did someone malevolent spray something on the foliage to make it appear the tree is diseased and should be culled for preservation of the rest of the forest? The mental health tin men have no concern with such issues. That would involve time, research, and maybe a humbling admittance to being a craven participant in one of the greatest scams ever perpetrated on the public. There is no heart…no compassion to incorporate truth and scientific advancements to uncover the reason behind behavior anomalies. And the only reason they will ever stop the frenzied clearing of the forest is lack of oil (money.) As long as the money flows in…well, there are so many trees, and no lack of work for the foreseeable future.

The Cowardly Lion

A lion is a most formidable beast, created with unique vocal cords that can project the sound of its roar over a wide distance. The volume of the roar can approach 114 decibels and is said to be close to twenty-eight times louder than a gas-powered lawn mower. This is sufficient to paralyze anything within hearing range with fear. Weighing an average of 450 pounds with three-inch fangs and almost two-inch claws, the lion spells a death sentence for both prey and adversary.

But in this story, the lion possessed none of these attributes. On the outside, he had the semblance of a lion, but his demeanor and actions were antithetical to one. Remarkably, he threatens Toto—the one character out of all of them who will ultimately sniff out the fraud. The Cowardly Lion admits he has no courage.

For the Targeted Community, attorneys who could advocate for us, and elected officials in judicial seats who could order investigations but refuse to, represent the Cowardly Lion. These are the people who hold a formidable force of power—which—if wielded effectively—could throw a monkey wrench in the gears of the techno-criminal/mental health narrative/Big Pharma solution apparatus. These are the individuals who can establish precedents enforcing criminal prosecution of the perpetrators and reparations and support for the victims. Yet they do nothing. They claim there is nothing they can do. They won’t even discuss the topic of weaponized neuroscience. And, like the Lion lunging at Toto, some respond curtly when you attempt to discuss targeting, as if to imply ‘do not ever bring that topic up to me again.’ Are the intrepid crusaders at Targeted Justice and a handful of other attorney-client relationships (kept for most part under wraps to prevent preemptive sabotage) the only entities in the country that have not been captured, bribed, or compromised?

Emerald City

Emerald City was the four traveler’s destination—the place where answers would become clear, and their requests granted. For the Targeted Individual, it represents the end of the targeting program, acknowledgment by government, private, and public sectors of the reality of weaponized neuroscience, and resources and compensation for those damaged by the technology. It means a thorough dismantling and overhauling of the MENTAL HEALTH industry to a MEN·tal HEAL·th service. There is much healing to be done, and much recovery from trauma due our community. Emerald City was green, and green is traditionally associated with healing and harmony; a color that falls the most soothingly on the human retina.

The Yellow Brick Road

In the story, the way to Emerald City was paved by a Yellow Brick road. Yellow bricks are none other than gold (wealth.) For the Targeted Community, our journey is so arduous and fraught with obstacles because our effort to reach our destination involves the upset of the goldmine enjoyed by the techno-criminal/mental health narrative/Big Pharma trio. The Program uses tax dollars and black budget money to provide the torture. This evokes the false mental health diagnoses which then enriches the mental health industry. The mental health industry partners with Big Pharma for medications and antipsychotics (white collar drug trade/human trafficking. Truly, the money flows like liquid gold. Also, many politicians are beholden to Big Pharma for political support. If more victims are needed, The Program can always provide a fresh input, apparently having now lowered the age for their attacks. It is a self-enforcing and self-perpetuating system.

The Witches Broom

At some point in the journey, Dorothy learned there was no hope for an audience with the Wizard without the Witches Broom. The Wizard figured this was an impossible task, so he could cross the possibility of ever encountering Dorothy again off his list.

While the exploitation of the technology behind targeting is spiritually satanic in nature, the Witches Broom alludes to material proof of weaponized neuroscience and the deeds of the perpetrators. This includes audio forensic proof, whistleblower testimony, patents for targeting devices, and lists possessed by government and private corporations. Like Dorothy obtaining the broom, we as the Targeted Community already possess much of this tangible evidence. In fact, our struggle has not been so much in obtaining the evidence as in getting our elected officials and oversight agencies to acknowledge and act on it.

Poppies

As the group made their way to Emerald City, the Wicked Witch of the West conjured up poppies. This would allude to opiates…her goal was to put them to sleep. Strangely though, this opiate fell like snow (in current vernacular cocaine.) Regardless, the desired effect was to disable the group by drugging them.

The opium sedative assault on the Dorothy and her friends speaks to Big Pharma’s involvement in the Targeted Community—whether by the prescribing and forced drugging of Tis suffering torture symptoms and non-kinetic brain injury, or by Big Pharma brainwashing of the general populace that this is a mental illness issue remedied only by drugs; rather than a reaction to electronic wave frequencies. If you succumb to that narrative as a TI, caregiver of a TI, or treating physician, the victim will never get the support and healing they need. If you are a member of the public and you believe the effects of torture are treatable by antipsychotics …well, I could urge you to do the research about brain computer interfaces, low frequency wave electromagnetic targeting, and the history of nonconsensual experimentation on the American public.  Instead, I’ll keep it simple. Ask yourself: if this malevolent technology were suddenly exploited on me, would I run and get myself declared insane and put on antipsychotics as a first course of action?

The Munchkins

The Munchkins, though a diminutive people, were happy to show hospitality and give the weary travelers the make-over they needed to be presentable for an audience with the Wizard. With much fanfare,  they primped, polished, and perfected the presentation of their guests. Once that was done however, there was nothing more they could do. The Munchkins represent the false hope we have encountered in our experience. The phone calls to physicians we thought would understand and provide a correct diagnosis…the attorneys we contacted who we hoped would research the facts and build a case for us…the interviews that turned out to be hit pieces where we were made to look like tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists…shielding efforts that worked…for a while, until the perpetrators mockingly advised once again they were light years ahead of us.

The Hologram

The Hologram represents The Program in the full scope of its predatory terrorism. This is the torture pain compliance, the v2K/synthetic telepathy, dissociative identity disorder with blackouts, manipulation of bodily functions, heterodyning sexual assault, directed energy beam burns, and coordinated boots on the ground gang stalking. It is the Incorporation of AI and the 5G and 6G platforms to further tighten the surveillance-torture net over its victims.

This is what the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, the Cowardly Lion, and the Munchkins were paralyzed with fear about. The Cowardly Lion so much so that he bolted in sheer terror and plunged through an upper story window to avoid engagement. This imposing composite of evil is what we (as Dorothy) are fully aware of, but we started this journey with a purpose—to get back home—and turning back is not an option.

Toto

Toto was a dog, a little one at that. He had already endured multiple attempts on his life. By God’s grace, he made it to the end of the journey with the rest.  He was favored in another way, too, though: his type of breed. You see, Toto was a terrier. Terriers are known as rat dogs. And there in the Wizard’s quarters, sure enough, Toto smelled a rat. Toto represents our faith and God-given intuitiveness to dig deeper when something isn’t right. It is the gut intelligence enabling us to look past the propaganda and the terrorizing aspect of The Program; expose what’s hidden, and search for solutions.

Even after Toto revealed the fraud, he had to persist to get the attention of the others. So it is with us. We must keep speaking out, keep writing, keep showing the evidence. If Toto hadn’t pulled the curtain back, the hologram would have continued, because the Wizard did not change his narrative until he realized he was fully exposed—much as the defendants in the Targeted Justice lawsuit are refusing to engage the issues and looking for ways to skirt the demands…trying to buy time and drag the process out. They will continue to obfuscate until they are fully exposed.

The Wizard

At the end of the day, the Wizard was just a flesh and blood entity, manipulating controls and voice projection—much the same as the perpetrators and contractors fancying themselves to be gods over men are doing with the ELF waves, synthetic telepathy and v2K, and brain-computer interfacing.

Notice the Wicked Witch of the West never hinted at or exposed that the Wizard was a fraud. She just did everything in her power to prevent Dorothy and her friends from getting to him. In the same way, Satan does not want the public and lawgivers to know the full reality of neuro-weaponry, and its perverted relationship with Big Pharma and the mental health industry. For right now, popular culture and media brainwashing have them right where he wants them. So, his goal is to stop us from being effective in exposing this information and communicating it to stakeholders in position to overthrow this cohort.

I want to encourage each and every one of you to not give up. Hold on your faith to get through each day and hold on to your faith that God is already on either side of this and will expose this Torture Program publicly and bring it to a grinding halt. Do not think your prayers have no effect. On the contrary, the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16) and, with men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). His strength is made perfect in our weakness. And I think Jesus Christ would know!
